Collect and analyze historical data to determine what types of capital improvements yielded the largest increases in revenue per square foot. From that, make a set of recommendations to leadership on how to allocate capital for store improvements.
An extensive list of variables was analyzed to determine which type or combinations of types of expenditures resulted in the highest returns. This was done for multiple demographic and geographic environments. The result was a roadmap for capital spending over a multi-year period.
Projected a $8 million increase in revenue.
